1. Data We Process
We process account identifiers (email), authentication metadata, subscription status, report metadata, and content you submit for analysis (assignment brief, draft text, and bibliography/source text).
2. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed to operate SafeRender, authenticate users, provide draft-analysis results, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and maintain service security and reliability.
3. Legal Bases
Processing is based on contract performance (service delivery), legitimate interest (fraud prevention and security), and legal obligations where applicable.
4. Storage and Retention
Demo-mode file uploads are processed in memory and not stored as files. Account and report records are retained as needed to provide the service and meet legal, security, and accounting obligations.
5. Service Providers
We use external processors for hosting, authentication/database infrastructure, payment processing, and model inference. These providers process data under contractual safeguards and only for service operation.
6. International Transfers
Depending on infrastructure location, data may be processed outside your country. Transfers are handled using recognized safeguards where required.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding your personal data by contacting legal@saferender.app.
8. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk profile of the service. No system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
SafeRender is not directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction.
