1. Data We Process
We process account identifiers (email), authentication metadata, subscription status, report metadata, and content you submit for analysis (assignment brief, draft text, and bibliography/source text). We may also process limited website and advertising measurement data such as page URL, referrer, browser/device information, advertising identifiers, and funnel events such as sign-up, checkout start, or purchase.
2. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed to operate SafeRender, authenticate users, provide draft-analysis results, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, maintain service security and reliability, and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns where permitted.
3. Legal Bases
Processing may be based on contract performance (service delivery), legitimate interests (for example fraud prevention, security, and service reliability), legal obligations, and consent for optional advertising or measurement technologies where applicable.
4. Advertising and Measurement Providers
SafeRender may use Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, and Meta's server-side Conversions API to measure campaign\n performance and conversion events. Where permitted by your consent choice, server-side Meta events may include\n technical network/browser signals and hashed account identifiers such as email or internal user ID to improve\n attribution. Marketing-event payloads are designed to exclude assignment draft text, bibliography text, and\n source contents. These providers may process technical identifiers and event metadata under their own privacy terms.
5. Storage and Retention
Demo-mode file uploads are processed in memory and not stored as files. Account and report records are retained as needed to provide the service and meet legal, security, and accounting obligations. Advertising providers may retain measurement data according to their own applicable retention settings and policies.
6. Service Providers
We use external providers for hosting, authentication/database infrastructure, payment processing, model inference, analytics, and advertising measurement. These providers process data only for the relevant service function and subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
7. International Transfers
Depending on infrastructure and provider location, data may be processed outside your country. Transfers are handled using recognized safeguards where required.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding your personal data. Where consent is used for optional marketing measurement, you can withdraw that choice through SafeRender's privacy controls when displayed, or through your browser/site-data controls. 9. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk profile of the service. No system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
SafeRender is not directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction.
