These terms govern access to and use of SafeRender. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Nature
SafeRender is an academic-compliance assistance tool. Outputs are indicative and do not guarantee grades, institutional compliance, or acceptance by any professor or university.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for account credentials, submitted content, and all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use SafeRender for unlawful activity, abusive automation, credential attacks, reverse engineering, or content that violates applicable law.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription terms, renewal timing, and billing management are available through your account billing portal.
6. Quotas and Access
Plan access may include usage quotas (for example, analyses per period). When quota is exhausted, paid analysis features may be limited until renewal or recharge.
7. Intellectual Property
SafeRender software, trademarks, and product content are owned by SafeRender and licensors. You retain rights in content you submit, subject to rights needed to run the service.
8. Disclaimer and Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, SafeRender disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, legal risk, or material breach of these terms.
